What is the cost of implementing this program in our hotel?
- There is no cost. We provide the QR codes and marketing materials at no charge. Our revenue model is subscription-based, focusing on guest conversion post-trial, which incurs no direct cost to your hotel.
What are the technical requirements for our hotel?
- Only a QR code placement on each treadmill and Wi-Fi access are needed.
Will this require additional work from our staff?
- Not at all. Our system is designed to be as low-maintenance as possible. Apart from initially placing QR codes on the treadmills, there is no ongoing effort required from your staff. All app support and customer service are handled directly by us.
How do we ensure the privacy and security of our guests using the app?
- Guest privacy and security are our top priorities. The app does not require any personal information from the users to access the workouts. All interactions with the app are fully anonymized by default, ensuring guests' privacy is maintained at all times. The app asks a number of questions about the user and offers the ability to create an account, but these are 100% optional.
Do guest need to start any trial or enter any credit card information?
- No, guests have completely free access via the QR code.
What happens after the 24-hour unlock?
- If the user is still a guest at the hotel, they are able to continue scanning the QR code for 24-hour unlocks. Once the guest no longer has access to the hotel QR code, it will simply require a subscription as if they had downloaded the app directly from the App Store with no QR code.
What if our guests do not have a compatible device?
- Push Training is available on the Apple App Store and is designed to support the vast majority of Apple devices. However, for guests without a compatible device, you are welcome to have a few devices available in the gym area, pre-loaded with the app and ready to use.
Is there a long-term commitment required to participate in this program?
- No long-term commitments required. You can choose to pilot the program in your hotel for a limited time to assess its impact and benefits before deciding on a longer-term arrangement. All stickers are easy peal and can be quickly removed if you ever decide to do so.
